Like so many of you, we at Lemoncha have been following closely the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. For Lemoncha that means keeping up to date on how it is affecting our customers, our employees and communities; and then making the necessary adjustments to our Tea Bars and operations.

We wish to reassure our customers by ensuring that we carefully follow the recommendations of the Federal Office of Public Health FOPH on the precautions to be taken to prevent the spread of the virus.

We work closely with our employees to remind them of the importance of washing their hands very regularly and staying home if they experience symptoms. We have increased our shop cleaning measures and worked hard to keep the contact surfaces clean and sanitized.

As of today, our bars are still open and ready to welcome you. We never welcome more than 50 people at the same time and therefore have no restrictions regarding the reception of our customers.

We have implemented various preventive measures to limit the spread of the virus as much as possible. You will find a summary of these below:

  • Regular disinfection of contact surfaces such as card payment machine, handles, menu

  • Gloves worn by our checkout staff

  • Temporary refusal of reusable containers

  • Loyalty accounts will be added to order thanks to name of the customers instead of physical loyalty card

  • In-depth cleaning and sanitation of points of sale

If you do not feel well, or choose not to visit our tea bars, do not forget that we can prepare your favorite drinks and deliver thanks to our partner UberEats.

We will continue to follow closely the evolution of the situation, the recommendations of the FOPH and do our utmost to protect you, our valued customers and our wonderful employees. We thank you in advance for your support!

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at the following email address contact@lemoncha.com or go to the page of the Federal Office of Public Health FOPH.
